    Hello all,

I have a 2020 Tacoma SR with close to 5,000 miles on it that's making a very annoying noise from the front passenger wheel well. Naturally, it stops when I take it to the dealer, and starts right up again when I get home.

I recorded it and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1d2WiKMK62I

I did do a search and found several threads with a similar situation, and most seemed to pinpoint the issue to the front body mounts near the radiator. I did mention this to the dealer, but they seem unconvinced...

My truck is currently at the dealership for the third time for this issue. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to make my truck sound less like a cheap hotel mattress and more like a truck, I'd appreciate it!

I'll just ride it out HAHAHA. wait until you start moding your truck. Start hearing all kind of noises or maybe that's just me... :anonymous:

I have a similar sound, I do have a 2 inch lift and aftermarket UCA’s and a full set of armor. I got under the truck and sprayed everything that ones with silicon spray and it goes away for awhile. Funny thing is I went wheeling a couple of weeks ago and after sloshing around the suspension it went away for awhile as well. Weird......I will post if I ever figure it out.

You just reminded me that I should probably mention that mine is completely stock haha.

Hopefully the dealer will have an answer tomorrow. To their credit, they are actually trying to pinpoint the noise. Very frustrating for everyone involved, tho!

Had the same issue on mine stock and aftermarket suspension would go away after trail and after washing it but would eventually come back finally got the rad mounts replaced and noticed that my driver side which was the one that made the most noise was completely shot even the metal sleeve had a dent I’m almost sure it’s that

Quick update just in case anyone else runs into this. My front body mount near the radiator had split, which was causing the issue. It's since been replaced, and all seems quiet.

Huge thanks to this forum and the folks who reported the same issue, and big thanks to the dealership I went to who ordered the part without even verifying it at first. I think we'd still be dealing with this had I not seen all the other topics about the same issue haha.

Anyways, happy driving y'all! Thanks for the help!
