I have a 2019 TRD OR. I am looking for an upgrade in suspension to be able to safely accommodate 32" or 33" tires with some lift. 99% of my driving is highway/pavement so looking for smoother ride. I don't really need something for major off road driving.

Looking for ideas. I have read tons about Billstein 5100's and Eibach stage 1. Just looking for some honest feedback and opinions. Budget is not to big of an issue, but I know I do not need a full leaf kit cause I wont be adding to much weight in the back.

Don't do it if you don't need it. My buddy did a 3'' lift with 33 tires and had nothing but grief with his 2019 trd or. Finally went back to stock...still not happy with his truck, he traded it in this month for a new frontier prox 4. Idk if he just got a sub par performing trd or what, but he wasn't happy with his truck especially when it no longer looked cool without the lift.

    Oh look, another mod....
If you're looking for a smoother ride, then you don't want to lift your truck. At all. It will make the ride MORE noisey. Hell, you don't even want offroad type tires. They always produce more road noise.

    Not entirely true.

If done on a beer budget, then sure.
Do it right and completely it changes all the right stuff for all the right results.

I lifted my 2017 Offroad 2.5 "with ADS fronts w/650# coils, ICON billet UCAs, ADS rears, ICON RTX leafs (set on stage 1).

255/85R16 BFG KM3s. Regeared with Yukon 4:88s. Way smoother than stock gears, and absolutely no whine.

Truck rides and drives way better than the squirrelly stock form. On and off road the truck performs outstanding, yet quiet. No clunk, no rub, no grinding or squealing. Tire have a very mild hum as they are MTs, but not any more than my experience with ATs. The skinny KM3s have been very impressive to me for an MT on pavement.

My truck without a lift now rides pretty good once the suspension settled in, and never had a whine, grind, clunk,or squeal. Granted my more serious off road days are history, but this truck is extremely capable for my use today.

Some awesome advice guys, I really appreciate it. I may just go with a simple level until I decide to go with a much nicer lift. I dont wanna go cheap and regret it. I have heard great things about 5100s and Eibach stage 1, but mostly just off road. Not much about highway.

I would call Wescott Designs and have them help you. They do a lot with Fox and Bilstein but can get you the ride and look that you want without breaking the bank. They have some different options to get you where you want to be. The service is unbeatable also! I’ve been to their shop a few times and the attention to detail on their stuff is unmatched. If you just want to do a spacer, they have the alternative bottom collar that give a better ride. Pretty sure they can do that on the stock OR Bilsteins too.
