Hey guys, so a while ago I made the mistake of caving in and going with the rough country 3 inch lift (image in this post) and have also put around 15k miles on them. I think this spacer that I have on top is killing my coils as well as my UCA. I think going to these Eibach shocks and coil-over would be much better for the truck and would have a smoother ride, thoughts?

Also if I were to go with a suspension kit such as this would I really need to get these rear shocks when I have the RC ones that work well. The rear consists of the 2 inch block and shock. I really don't wanna kill my wallet, truck is a daily driver as well as overlanding. Also one big question I have is, after looking at my coil, is compressed to the point where it is "damaged", can I just get the billstien 5100 and put these coils on there or is that a no?

Thanks guys! Please give all the feedback you want, the more knowledge I have the better!

Personally I wouldn't put anything more than a 1" block in the rear. Do you find the rear end bounces around too much with the 2" block?

I'm quite content with my 2/1" Bilstein 5100 setup, and can fit 33" tires. If I had more money, I'd move up the Bilstein Family, but that's just me.

Lots of love for the 5100s on Youtube

I'm not a fan of blocks because of the "axle wrap" thing. 5100 are very popular for good reason - they are great shocks for the price and pretty much fine for most applications - if you are not desert racing or jumping your truck or doing extreme rock crawling 5100 will be fine on and off road. Are the higher quality "better" suspensions ? Sure - but do you really need them - probably not. That Pro-Truck Lift kit stage 1 looks really good. BTW the only complaint I have ever heard first hand about 5100 is that they tend to fade after hours of hard use. Personally I have not had that experience but I have not actually used my truck with 5100s for more than say 3 or 4 hours at a clip - I mean I have been on some trails all day but never say for 6 or 8 hours straight with out a break(s) so I have not experienced said fading.
