Suspension/Wheel/Tire combo help

I'm new to truck mods and sorta wish I would not have started down this rabbit hole, but here we are....

My 2017 XSP (referred to by my wife as a "divorce maker") is asking for upgrades. I'm in the process of learning, but there's so much info it's really overwhelming so I'm hoping some of you can simplify for me and share your experiences. I'm not sure exactly what I'm trying to do, but here goes with some questions...

1) Is there a place to find out specs on what I already have? The XSP is a regional package and not on Toyota website. Specifically what is the KMC XD Machete offset (I couldn't see the imprint at a glance) but it looks too set back into the wheel well. Also what is the stock suspension travel?

2) For off road higher speed small bump compliance, what's the best value for money suspension upgrade (Fox, King, Icon, other)? Would you switch out rear too? Would any suspension upgrade necessarily increase travel? How would you choose travel? How would you determine what the increase in lift over stock would be with an upgrade? Which leads to the obligatory tire fit question....

3) what range of lift is needed to go up 2 sizes on the tires i.e. ~ 265 - 285? And assuming I have 0 offset, would I need to switch out wheels too?
