I purchased these assemblies for my 2008 Toyota Tacoma 4.0L 4wd 6-speed manual TRD Sport. https://www.suspensionlifts.com/sho...-and-rear-shocks-for-2005-2015-toyota-tacoma/ . They are installed and all seems well, however, I noticed how much beefier the coils are than the OEM coils I removed with the OEM Bilsteins. Come to find out that this company utilizes MOOG 81101 coils in the assembly, which MOOG recommends for 2005-2007 4.0L Tacomas and not for 2008 models. What is the difference between the 2007 and 2008 coils then? These assemblies are advertised as "OE Replacement Springs...for 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma," which, according to MOOG, the 81108 springs are not.

Yes, they are in and all is well. I purchased the rear shocks too with this kit. Just concerned about the MOOG application for these springs, only 2005-2007.
