I bought a complete OME complete suspension kit to install on my truck. I'd like to help out with the installation and would like some help from someone who has installed the suspension kit before who's in the Fremont/Newark/Union City area. I'm willing to pay for their time rather than go to the shop. Please PM me if you can help me out.

I just did this set-up. The OME videos on YouTube are awesome

One step they leave out is to loosen the swap bar bolts (4 on each side) during the process or you'll never get it back together. Other than that, should be able a 30 hour job for a newb. It was my second time, so 20 hours.

Impact wrench is essential. It's worth the $100.

Thanks to everyone who responded and for the solid advice for the suspension install. I've received my OME suspension kit shipment a few days ago and contacted Milo of Milogren Fabrications in Milpitas for a quote. He made a fair quote for installation & alignment that I've decided to have Milo install my OME suspension kit for me instead. Since my schedule got busy, I wouldn't have been able to do the install myself now due to lack of time. I'll miss out on the learning & wrenching part, but will enjoy the upgraded supsension once it's all installed.
