no, not yet. Only detail is the two other dudes are in Jeeps. We are planning on a Thursday eve departure and coming back Monday night. Probably wiggling down through WV, hitting mabdr and hitting the hard top back when we run out of time.

would recommend this if your heading that way and dont have a timeline.

its a very good beginner trail and will prob eat up 2-3 days with 3 vehicles.

i seen stock clapped out Dodge durangos on the hard sections. would recommend a chain saw though :D

Im a refugee from the Ohio Valley (Wheeling) and I get home sick looking at these pictures. We were in Pittsburgh all the time when I was younger. That was when the steel mills and mines were still going full blast. I remember the smog being so bad it looked like fog hanging over the city in the late 70s. One thing that never changed is the mountains and the river. I cant believe how clean Pittsburgh is today. I enjoy the pictures.

I’ve been searching for a slightly larger and longer lasting cooler. Seems the 97.00$ Lifetime is beating the other brands. I searched some independent reviews and videos.

interesting comparison between them. seems like those coolers are way bulkier than the coleman ones i currently own.

dunno how long you looking to keep things cool or what your trying to keep cool, but i can say that if your going to try and keep things cooler for longer sold chunks of ice or ice packs do way better than ice will. also putting a towel down on top of what your tying to keep cool helps tremendously. - i have no problem keeping my stuff cool for a 5 day period with my old coleman coolers.

if im keeping ice i will usually get a cooler that just fits the ice in it. or one of those portable water coolers and fill it with ice. scoop out what you need ice wise and you can drink the stuff off the bottom. then keep another for food. obviously only open the food one when you need too and keep it in the shade covered up.

all that said; i guess if i lived in the desert i would def have to fork out the loot for a better cooler.

I wish we could go but the wife is going to be stuck working and I don’t want to make her too jealous.

I am tempted to just say, see ya! Pack a dog or two, my personal tent, a cooler, and hit the road... Coming back home might be a different story. She’ll be sad that I left her to do some fun adventurous activities for the first time in 2 months...

I’m heading to Virginia Tuesday to pick up a Roof Top Tent. Having a Wife and kids, I think it will be perfect. We spent a lot of time camping last Summer.
