what length antenna is on this? I just picked up a Cali raised mount and my 4’ fire stick makes it sway a LOT.

Our trip was great! We ended up taking my dual sport route out of PA to Canaan Loop where we camped. The second day we followed the Allegheny and Shenandoah Overland Route, And yesterday we headed east and drove more of my dual sport loops

I had no shame taking the high water bypass yesterday, I think Landon actually put his snorkel to proper use.

Canaan Loop Road is cool. I had two experienced spotters to help me in some sections.

I’ve always been a hammock camper. My wife and daughter really like camping, so we just got a RTT. At first I thought they where dumb, but it’s pretty awesome. I drove 4 hours to save 500.00.

I’m so jealous of you @disconnected. It looked awesome. My wife wants us to get a RTT but I’m a little apprehensive. I feel like I could make more use of my truck and worry less off roading if I just had a regular one, but I can’t say that’s my final thought because I haven’t checked them out in person. Another time if there’s another chance. I hope I can check it out.

You better make sure the snorkel and all the axel vents are routed properly for that crossing @PlatinumCloud. That’s no joke!!

Yes, I went through all that! It sits 6” above the tonneau cover, so it doesn’t limit the use of your truck. I can put a lot of stuff under there! I didn’t hinder my driving at all, and I couldn’t even feel it back there. It’s listed at 130 pounds.

Aww shucks. I’ll have to redo the link. It’s the place I went with Platinum and one additional place called Casperas Mtn out of Connellsville.

my current top contenders are WarFab and Cali raised.

I’m wanting the 0 degree unfinished with kickout. I have two daughters and a wife so that’s why the 0 degree, and I definitely want the kick out!

I was on there page, can’t remember why I skipped over. I’ll look at them again.

Also, my CB is receiving from well and clear, but I can not transmit out very far. My range is much longer incoming than going out. Does anyone have any guesses? I bought a rear mount hoping it’ll ground me better and help

I was thinking bare, and prime and paint . I figured touch up would be easier along with maintenance.
