    this is what i have come up with thus far for a "TOUR OF PENNSYLVANIA" loop. this is a 80% dirt track up to basically the start of the MABDR. then follow that south to VA. after that id like to loop back up to PA towards pittsburgh. i havent rode any of this yet. and plan on changing things up as needed if a scenic area is of interest.

    its all public roadways.

    the diagonal route is what i put together. the north and south section is the PA MABDR.

    i came across a dirt road map a few years back and saved it. as long as you have a registered and insured vehicle you shouldnt have any issues. as far as the camping; id camp in the forests. your allowed to camp there for free.

    Thats pretty cool. I'm desperate to find some interesting a rides in our area but Ive had no luck. Aside from a 1 or 2 mile stretch of un-cared for road out by the Que. haha
