    Correct. I cleaned the throttle body, and put a new air filter on

    How about evap canister did you check it for water?

    if its above the fuel tank it could be full of water. Try swapping coils with another cylinder first

    The Bed is stock...ish
    Looks like the truck was leaning to the left. The ECU is mounted behind the glovebox. It might be ok pull the glovebox out, and the upper glovebox cover that the light is mounted on. Once that is out, you can see the ECU. I imagine that there is a water line in your truck. You should be able to tell if it was under water.


    I have a feeling you will be fighting bugs for a while.....

    DANG!! I have some parts i have pulled from junk cars like relays and other parts. i have an evap box as well. LMK if you need any. Would be glad to check out the junk yards around here, or if i have the parts uk?

    No more misfire. Replaced the coil and wires.
    All I need is a new TPS which apparently is impossible to find for an 04 3.4L. Any ideas as to where I can get one? Toyota only sells them with the whole throttle body

    I think you're SOL. Due to the throttle-by-wire, it's all one unit. Maybe find a junkyard one?

    well THAT sucks. I have a spare 5vz sitting in my garage right now, I will take a look and see what throttle body it has, I have a 99, good ol' throttle cable.
