    Well I ended up buying a used throttle body on eBay, just put the tps in and still no luck. Wtf!!

    There's 3 parts on that throttle body if i'm not mistaking. have you tried switching out complete throttle bodies

    im no mechanic. but if the wire's or plugs still have mositure or mud in them would it throw this code?
    i would find a wiring diagram and trace all the wires and plugs down on that circuit and blow them out with compressed air and make sure their clean

    yep i just goggled all those codes and they can all be caused by faulty wiring. i would definitely chase down all the wiring and plugs and make sure they are clean and dry. the next step would be an ecm

    You opened ECM up and it looked good inside correct? It could have damaged something inside the ECM by shorting out the TPS. Have you tried swapping the complete throttle body?

    My buddy says he thinks it's the igniter.. doesn't sound right to me is there any chance that it could be that?

    Your getting TPS codes. I'd unplug igniter and blow the connection out. make sure its dry.

    Compression test?
