How's it driving?

 

Seems like I might have knocked the toe in somehow :-/

But it’s no biggie, Alignments are easy

 

Alignment done, toe was off by just a tad. Then I balanced both front wheels to fix a shake at 45mph, the front right was wayyyy outta balance. Sometimes I wonder about discount tires machine. They balanced it when I bought the 35s, then I rebalanced it today at my shop with our wheel balancer. Shake seems to be gone

It’s busy and semi cold, and has been drizzling all day. I’d much rather be in bed taking a nap

I got a couple things done around the house this weekend, helped rusty with a few things, and played some CoD. What did you do this weekend?

 

We all went to Bastrop and got together to clean up the park a little bit and wheel.

Not tacoma related but I’m doing a small build on a friends Titan. 3” lift with headers. Did new motor mounts while I was In There too.




The instruction sheet was correct, I beat the piss outta the heat shields



You can see where both factory manifold converters were cracked causing an air leak and check engine light



New lift struts, tubular UCAs, had to modify (shave) the outer coil bucket edge to clear the forward UCA arm at full droop, then hit it with matte black rustoleum so you don’t even notice. And new sway bar links

Rear blocks, new shocks, u-bolts and alignment will get done in the morning. I had a long ass day.

He’s taking it for new wheels and tires, then paint and Bedliner once I’m done with it. And he has steps and new mirrors coming.

I laughed when I read that, they weren’t kidding. Drivers side took some coercion, passenger side required a lot of cuss words, big pry bars, and some good ol man handling

I’m trying to catch up to you lol, but I’ve also been putting money into the house so that’s slowed down on a lot of modding lately :-/ buttttt I do have a TRD intake on order
