    Hi guys,
Anyone ever swap hand brake from 3gen into 2nd gen as we know 3gen hand brake exactly beside the holder cups. I dont know if all the bracket will be fit into 2nd gen.
I feel when in traffic time is a lot easier if the hand brake more closer.

Would like to do this mod too. Have eyeballed photots of the hand brake assembly on Ebay. The mechanical part would probably be fairly simple. It's the aesthetic part that could be a challenge. I have a manual, so moding a 3rd gen console to fit might be in order.

I have a manual too, that's why I have this idea.
Definitely need swap the whole set console from 3gen. Need diagram hand brake system on 3gen to figure out is it easy swap or not.
