TPMS sensors have been federally mandated in cars since 2007.
TPMS sensors have been federally mandated on cars and trucks since 2007.
If you bought sensorless o.e. wheels/tires with 10 miles on them, they would have to be 15 years old.

Rereading his comment, I understand his point now. My thought was he mounted sensorless wheels.
    My mistake.

There is a good chance the sensors in the factory wheels won't work on another vehicle if you sell them with the wheels. It depends on the vehicle. On a truck this new I'd swap the factory sensors to the new wheels and let whoever buys your old wheels get sensors meant for their truck.

FWIW, the factory sensors in my 2007 were still working in 2021 when I bought new tires. I knew that after 14 years chances were good the factory sensors wouldn't outlast a new set of tires, so I proactively bought new sensors and had them installed with the new tires. I paid $80 for 4 sensors from Amazon and there was no extra charge to install them while mounting tires anyway.

I've had good luck with the sensors from Amazon. I've replaced them on 3 vehicles now and everything worked smoothly, and they are still working after several years on the vehicles I've done it to.
