swapping factory 2018 Tacoma front bilsteins to a 4 runner

anyone ever swapped their front shocks onto a 4 runner?

my wife has a 2013 4 runner and I drove it for the first time tonight in a long time and good Lord she needs some suspension parts!

I just took off the factory springs and bilsteins off my Tacoma and thought hey i have a brand new set of shocks that would fit, just wondering if it's gonna lift the front alot.

her 4 runner is 2wd and sits low in the front so an inch or so would actually make it look better but over that and she ain't going to like it!

 

Idk if they would bolt up or not, but keep in mind the runner is heavier too.

 

they should bolt up fine. I measured hers from bottom mount to spring perch and it was the same as the ones I removed. i guess 30 min won't kill me to swap them and see what happens.
