Aloha everybody, kinda new to starting treads on the forums, and I couldn't find any threads about it, but I was just curious if anybody has swapped out the LCAs on their 2nd gen Tacoma that already has a 6" Fabtech lift kit? It looks like I'm going to have to separate the wheel bearing hub from the CV axle to make room to pop the LCA ball joint out. Any info would be appreciated.
    Aloha,

The kit uses the stock LCAs but uses their custom spindles like reg0928 said. Makes it more difficult to pop the ball joint because the CV axle is in the way. It's going to be a mission to do, but my LCA bushings are toast and need replacement. It has caused my CV axle to fail twice already when 4wheeling. Not fun.

I need to replace my cv axels on my truck. I was wondering, do I need to disconnect lower control arm ball joint to spindle?
