Like the title says has anyone done this? I have the non carplay with navi and was thinking of getting the OEM with carplay. Could I possibly swap with someone and it will plug in for both vehicles? Thanks

My guess is that you would need to get a different harness. The back of the radios are completely different. If you are just looking for CarPlay there are some other plug and play solutions that would probably be a lot cheaper than trying to get an OEM radio.
