The update on my situation is that I got the POS totaled car parked in front of my house towed away (thanks HOA) and then they sold their house for $20,000 under market value. I need to update that thread LOL.

Yeah...they lost their ass though. They remodeled the house to get it ready for sale and spent at least $10,000-$20,000 on that as well. Plus when you factor realtor fees and taxes they would have been better off renting.

Since they've been gone there's no more stupid Uber car traffic on the block and no more sketchy Craigslist meetups on my front lawn.

Definitely not a full blown SWAT callout. Looks like just a couple rapid response team guys with the rest being patrol. Which also explains the "pull up to the front door" tactic...

It looks like something that came together quickly. I don't even see a dog for perimeter in case the guy rabbits.

Reminds me of the time I was living in the ghetto, woke up at 3am one night to SWAT everywhere, even had a rifle team, shooter and spotter, come through my apartment to get a vantage point on the roof, apparently there was a drug bust that turned into armed robbery/home invasion/hostage situtaion when the suspect fled from the complex over into a building about 300ft from mine.

Had helo's in the air bear-cats on the ground and a shit ton of unmarked trucks pulling up with guys wearing flack vests and helmets toteting UMP-45's.

Was cool as shit after the fact, like something out of a movie.

I liked the UMP45. I played around with a suppressed one at a school a number of years ago. I thought it was quite a step up from the MP5 I was using at the time, but nobody else seemed to like them, so we stayed with the MP5 until the switch to the M4.
