yes, someone just linked a thread. That should have the same info I would tell you here.

I have had them for awhile, got the idea to ask the guy who was making them for people on a FJ forum. It’s made by overland custom designs.

The stock offroad comes with a sway bar.

    Yep.

I will say this, for what it is, it’s not worth $230 or whatever overland custom is selling for now days if you can make it yourself. I’m sure if there was competition in the market, prices would go down. *hint hint*

The stock sway bar wasn’t thick enough to limit body roll to my liking. I installed a thicker front sway bar and added a rear sway bar. This drastically increases the handling capacity of the truck and makes spirited driving much more fun.

Sorry, my mistake, for a reason I thought they did not. Maybe it's a smaller diameter than the Limited, I don't know? I do know even for a truck, mine has a shit load of body roll, compared to all the trucks and Jeeps I've ever owned, not a deal breaker, but I damn sure wouldn't want more body roll.

Take it off. It's more fun to drive without it, lol. My passengers always get a little freaked out the first time if I take some turns quick.
Never have I ever felt unsafe with it off, but it is fun having the extra lean side to side.

i prefer the sway bar. i don't drive offroad enough to justify removing it. and it's tackled all the trails just fine with it connected so far.

No sway bar, 2 trucks, 130k miles cumulative without it. No issues on road when running higher spring rates, all the benefits off road. It really depends on your suspension, but I’ve noticed no safety issues.

I definitely noticed a safety issue with it removed, my suspension is stock. More fun at slow speed. At highway speeds forget it, downright scary.
I also noticed you go slower around turns, especially round a bouts, with the sway bar off.
