    Does any one make them?
Ive gone through 2 passanger side end links in 3 months. Is this from off road use? Or having a lift with the stock end links? I have the billy 5100s

Cant remember if these trucks have what looks like a little tie rod end at one end or rubber washers at both ends (These can be tightened and dont really go bad). Ive just left my swaybar disconnected.

I believe if you lift your truck, your sway bar should be "lifted/extended" as well. i read somewhere some people made sway bar extenders that essentially were machined pieces of metal that spaced out the sway bar from it's original position directly on the chassis. Much like a body lift, it just spaces the sway bar further from the chassis.

I think sway bars are mounted to the new cross member when you do one of those procomp lifts. but if you do just a shock lift/spacer, there isn't anything to adjust the sway bar.

Just remove the sway bar man. It will improve your offroad handling and you will quickly get used to not having it on the road. Many many people have removed theirs with little to no detrimental effects

Technically the suspension will still travel in the same path as stock (unless you extend the control arms). After lifting, your sway bar will be at a downward angle at the bushings on the end links during normal driving which can lead to premature wear (since the bushings are compressing more than normal). I ended up putting 05+ tacoma links on mine and now my sway bar is straight at ride height.

Yes, just look at the coilover or strut setups, they always have an extension at the bottom. If you have a 2-3" lift they will work just fine.

I would disconnect it, zip tie the bar securely so it doesn't hit into anything, and try it for a couple days to see if you like it. My SB has been off for 3 yrs now, my rig is lifted and heavy, and I've never felt like it was unsafe even a highway speeds. Of course I'm not cornering like a sports car, and I try to avoid sudden evasive maneuvers, but I think that the stronger OME 883s that I have make up the difference in the lack of a sway bar

Ive had my sway bar disconnected for over a year and i can tell you 5100s with eibachs and swaybar disconnected felt more stable than oem rep. Kyb shocks and swaybar connected. My truck is my dd and i drive it on highway regularly without issues and havent felt the need to hook it back up. Do this at your own risk as it will help in an emergency situation where u need to swerve quickly.

How come wab fab doesn't make quick disconnects for 01-04's? What would be different?

I have adjustable 5100's on the 0 setting with Eibach 3" coils in the front and what is the advantage of taking of the sway bar? I also have Camburg UCA's too. I noticed 05 & newer Tacomas have a sway bar in the front & back of the front diff
