I don’t have newer numbers for the Dual VVT-i 2TR, but the the single VVT-i 2.7L L4 weighs about 45lbs more than the 3.5L V6.

That said, other equipment (exhaust, cooling, options, etc.) mean the V6 models usually end up around 140lbs heavier than the 4-cylinder.

    Good info as always, Jeff.

Not discounting what @stun gun and @Mojlnir posted above, but (that but!) can you confirm no SB on 2.7l SRs?

It is funny that I went with a heavier SB and springs on our cars for get traction and feel right. My Taco Sport feels right without it though. I would say that is equivalent to a stock OR.

I wasn’t been able to verify that any models do or do not come without a front sway bar when I looked into it.

Also interesting tidbit I came across was the following:

Which is just a fancy way of saying the TRD Pro gets the same sway bar that other non-OR trucks get.

    Thanks for looking.

    That is some interesting marketing-speak.

The brochure (for as much faith as we can put in that) does indicate all models are equipped with a sway bar. I’ve found nothing else indicating any models were not so equipped. My gut says they all have the sway bar, and in anything official it says the same, but none of the sources can be considered definitive, as I’ve found errors in sales materials more frequently than in technical materials.

I want to peek in the wheel wells for some SRs. I'm about 3k from a free oil change. I will definitely poke around then.
