I posted in the sticky but i doubt many would check that thread for anything but install info.

Question after installing my alpine HU the steering wheels lights no longer work...of course they are not plugged in....SO after the SWI install will they work or is there some OTHER mod that needs to be done to get them working again?

    thanks

Um when you post something at 2 in the morning it gets pushed out of the way so maybe just a friendly bump to get it to the front page. then when people are up they will answer...also its saturday, family day

They will work. Then you program the buttons. I've never done it. But I will have to soon when mine gets installed. I'm having a shop do it though.
