This^^^^ There are some really good high filtering filters in the diesel world. They filter just as good as your factory ones but flow more air and are not oiled. There is a concern with taking out a several thousand dollar turbo in those trucks. Also that fine particulate matter getting digested by the engine is not good for it in the long run.

I can't wait. I'm finishing up a fold down hitch Tire/Fuel carrrier. Just need to order another rim and it's set. There is a lot more that I won't get done for this trip but it is what it is at this point.

That's going to be a pain in the ass to remove and putpa shackle on should you need a rear recovery

Ive been thinking of making something like this also. But what joe said, plus rear view camera is blocked. But would definitely make more storage which would be ideal

I'm working on adding a 2" shackle to the shaft.
After reviewing, looks like the shackle is less that 2 inches. I'll have to figure something out.

I'll have to move the camera and license plate. Hopefully I will have time to do it before the trip. I'm also trying to come up with a way to add torsion spring inside the tube to aid in the up/down of the carrier. Have some ideas but I think it will be trial and error.
They have fold downs with pass through so you can add recovery point.

    I'm not sure.
I've been off work since May.

I've been hearing work should pick back up come end of July. Issue is if I get called back to work the week of I won't be able to make it.

Played some tetris this weekend, got everything in its final location.

    Interior complete

Wife can access and open the cooler while we are driving, exactly how I wanted it.

Bed rails are the only thing left to make, just needed every single thing so I was sure it all fit right. They should be no problem now.:cookiemonster:

The only thing I can not bring is the hi-lift. It just wont fit. :boom:

Yes I might be interested. Can you send me a pic and the diameter where it would attach to my snorkel?

What day are you guys hitting the SL? I'm away that weekend but off the week of.

Is there anywhere on the trail I can sneak on to catch up on the Monday? Just wondering...

Can @tacoma16 confirm if we will be stopping in Quebec before the trip.
So we can stock up on beverages that are cheaper than ontario, for nights, around the campfire
