Anybody up to run the full Swisha Loop this summer? I know a group here tried it in 2018 and I tried it with another group in 2020 but had to bail due to vehicle breakage. I’m sure someone more techie than me can link the previous trip in here somewhere. From the little bit I’ve researched the trail has changed a lot in the last 2 years.

When did you do it? How many days did you do it in? I’m not a fan of rally racing through the bush and getting to camp late either.

Anything concrete on this yet? I am starting to plan a trip, the week from Saturday August 12 to August 19 is my window. I am planning on 4 or 5 days with a couple extra days built in for fun/trouble.

Nice! Be interested in seeing when people are going. August should work if the wife and I decide to go again.

How does the week of August 12th work for others? I could make it work, assuming no breakage at the Yota Crawl the week prior.

    Check build thread!
What are the mods required? I’m sitting on 33s, sliders, snorkel and armour.

I am thinking that should be sufficient. I am running stock with sliders and under armor. Most of the stuff I have been reading is that a shovel and a chainsaw will come in more handy than some crazy rock crawling set up. Extra fuel is probably the other big must have.

Can do it stock from what I remember. @Norilsk did it on stock tires with just sliders and skids but they are not needed assuming the terrain hasn’t drastically changed.
