I have my switches mounted in my center console area by the cup holder.
When I move something over to the passenger seat, I find I bump my switches more often than I would like. Has anyone made a sort of guard switch cover or hood for carling II switches?

Alternatively, has anyone used these Eaton switches? They claim they are AC/DC compatible, and the hood around the off position looks close to what I had in mind.

I haven't seen covers for the Carling switches. They are a little on the large side so you would have to fabricate something to cover it up.

Haven't used the Eaton switch but they make very good equipment. Switches that have no active circuitry (like a diode) work with AC or DC, they just break the circuit.
