Alright so I want to implement an OTRATTW switch to essentially do opposite of what is designed to do.

I have a power antenna, and the way the antenna works is that when power is introduced via a third wire, the antenna goes up. When it's removed, the antenna goes down.

I have wired OTRATTW switches before and it's always bottom is lit when off, top is lit when on, at the same time, power is introduced to the accessory.

I want that same functionality, but when the switch is "off" (only bottom lit) the accessory will have power, and when the switch is "on" the accessory won't have power, but the top light will be on. Any suggestions?

Use a 5-pin relay. Set it up, so when its energized it opens the circuit.

What is the antenna for? Not that it matters to your solution if you are going to individually switch the antenna, I'm just curious.

I'm retarded when it comes to relays but that sounds like a solid solution.

And it's a standard electric radio antenna. I want it to go down when I flip a switch for when I get on the trails.

Feed it from the ignition power circuit of the headunit. It will go down when you turn off the tunes.

Or does the head unit need to be on for other functions?

It needs to be on for other functions, plus having the ability to have it controlled switch is a unique mod on this truck I pride myself in. I already have it working with a non lit switch, but I'm upgrading all the switches in that location to OTRATTW switches.
