I scratch mine up with some 400 grit. Hit it with primer and then paint.

Either one of these works great. I used the textured black and it looks like it belongs in the dash cubby. OEM look and not over the top textured... The Satin has self etching primer mixed in...

Anyone have quick dimensions on the panel thickness? My panel is already mounted and I needed a ref for the thickness and forgot to measure...:D

Thanks Iggy...you saved me from going out in the rain and removing my panel...lmao! I need to order some rubber edge trim to get the panel to seat more solidly, so I'm gonna try to find some on Ebay...

Found this on Ebay...might give it a try...:)

Although the panel fits well, there's still some movement when hitting bumps and it tends to dislodge slightly. I want that shit to squeeze in tight...:D

Let me know how that works out! It may be too thick, but if it fits solid I may include it in future panels as an option.

Yeah...I will. Found one that's 5/16" thick and will give it a shot...

Honestly...I prefer none as it's really clean looking, but at the same time I don't want the panel jiggling loose when I go off-road...

Wrap the panel in vinyl...will make for a tighter fit  Plan on doing that with mine.

I've got that one thing, and that other one thing, oh yeah and that other other one thing.
Hey Skygear, how hard is it to wire in a secondary battery and one of your boxes, and lights, for someone who has little experience in electronics? I can follow a wiring diagram though.
