Was wondering where you were planning on mounting for the 3rd gen. Picking up my truck tomorrow so maybe I'll guinea pig it for you if it fits in the cell charger pocket. I'd be willing to pay for it. Lemme know what you think

Ok guys! I have 4 gen 2 auto panels ready to go if you are on the auto list and want those now.

The only difference with gen 1 vs 2 is the gen 2 doesn't have a separate switch holder. The 6 switch slots are cut right into the panel and it functions exactly the same.

Update for you all! My wife and I had our baby boy last Friday and I'm trying to get back to something that resembles a normal schedule.

I will be closing this GB just to catch up on production and build inventory. If you've already committed to the GB via PM or reply before this post I will honor the GB price. Please quote your original post or reply to the PM that showed your commitment.

Here is the what the Gen 2 Holder looks like. You can see that the plastic switch holder is no longer needed and the switch pockets are integrated. The spacing is identical to the plastic holder so they only thing you lose is the plastic bezel around the switches. Once you paint the panel and get it ready to install, I think these look cleaner. The reason for the change is to cut down the number of components I have to outsource and in turn cut down on the lead times.

anyone have suggestions/pics as far as paint? I was thinking of doing bed liner since I have some laying around. I guess derp is always an option as well.

If you get a bed liner that doesn't have too much texture I think that would work great. I personally did a color match to the truck with come cans from eBay, but I've also seen fabric wraps as well. You can't beat an old fashioned rattle can though.

Thanks! I got you added to the OP list.
