    Hi all!

I have been designing and printing bezels for Switch Pro 8100 controllers.

Wanted to gauge some interest on the forum for who’d be interested if I made a group buy.

Here are some pictures of the product. I am revising one detail on the bezel at the moment. The radius on the fillet edge is increased to make the corner more pronounced. By design it is made to be interference fit. It fits snugly in the bezel and takes some force to install. Meaning it will not rattle out and budge if going over rough terrain.

    Pricing will be $30 shipped.

    Thanks!

Isn't that area of the center console shaped in a bit of an arc? Does the mount bend allowing it to lay flat?

It has a slight curvature in the console. No the mount does not have a contour. The contour is so little that the mount does not need it. I have it installed in my personal vehicle and there are no gaps around the bezel. I used black silicone as mild adhesive and it also seals any gaps, if there were any.

How does one cut the console without making it look terrible? Haha

    This looks cool!

Trace the inside, outside dia or if he provides a template use that!

    Demel with a cutting disk

Cut out a rough squre inside that dia leaving enough material you can sand or cut down with a cutting attachment to your marks once close test fit till your happy! Its pretty easy just have to take your time!
Will try and find pictures of mine i have some where when i did mine another member made a similar bezel. Currently not offered

Luckily, the bezel covers it up. The cut can actually be rectangle, you don't have to radius the corners to match the bezel. Best if you trace the using the bezel by placing on the desired surface. Use the inside of the bezel, then cut the outside of the line. This gives you a bit of wiggle room to trim and match to perfection.

 Dremel is your best friend.

I can confirm, great mount. Will need a little silicone and leave some weight on the far ends(of mount) over night on top of the mount to have silicone cure and curve the mount over night. S-P fits super tight inside mount!

    Great job JP!

One of @XPOTRPR 's actually, but they are similar enough. Should give people some inspiration!
