    I've had my SwitchPro controller for a while now and while taking a road trip I noticed a flicker every now and then. The buttons would go from dim to full bright almost like a strobe light.

    Has anyone experienced this? I've tried reaching out to switchpros but no response for over a week. I've tried everything I can think of and now just have it unplugged.

    No one? Can't seem to reach customer service and I'm not sure if they are a vendor on here.

    If it was flashing completely on/off I would look into a ground or main power connection issue.
    But from your description of "flickering from dim/bright" this leads me to believe either;
    A)The Illumination wire is hooked up wrong/and or loose.
    or
    B)Something is going haywire in the control head

    I would start with A. According to SP diagram, pin 3(yellow) is the light input circuit. This makes the Switchpro panel go from "bright"(day) to "dim"(dark) when the lights turn on. Where do you have it tagged to in the truck? Have you double checked the connection?

    Our records indicate that you wrote to us on 10/7/17 and we replied, same day, with suggested things to troubleshoot. You wrote to us again on 10/18/17 and two different techs replied to you on 10/19/17, with more suggested troubleshooting tips, and a request for manufacturing information and installer information to help us determine if there is a production or installation issue. We did not receive a reply to those emails. In such cases, we assume that the issue has been rectified and no further assistance is required. Our apologies if it appears that we have dropped the ball, but we require additional information for us to continue support. It is our sincere desire to rectify your issue. If it is ongoing, please try phoning us, as this would be the most expeditious way to resolve the issue.

    Good thought! Symptoms like this are almost always caused by some type of disruption on the Blue Ignition wire, or a change in the length of the communication cable (which runs between the power module harness and the switch panel pig tail). A bad ground, on the black wire with red ring terminal, can also cause flickering or sporadic behavior. Both were suggested to the member, above, but we have not heard back for us to know if the issue has been resolved.

    Sorry for the late reply. Had some emergency issues to fix. Turns out your emails were in my spam folder. I will check tomorrow about my wiring. I suspect it may be a bad ground, but will let yall know tomorrow
