Switch-Pros SP-9100 App

Has anyone had difficulties with the Switch-Pros App?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 it requires multiple attempts to get Bluetooth connection.
When it finally connects the Switch-Pros App goes blank.

 

Same, app hasn't been updated in over a year. Check the reviews on google play. Wish I had gone with a different company.

 

I have attempted emailing Switch-pro through there website.
No support.

 

I called switch pro a few months ago. They recommend unplugging the wire harness that goes to the touchpad from the actual computer unit. It worked. Then a few weeks later the App had a pending update and it now works as it should! Huge improvement!

 

It works really great on ios but agree I have had issues with android based.

 

Check the play store. The update came out 11/26. Fixed all connectivity issues on my S8 active. Much happier with my purchase now!

 

There is a thread somewhere with all the issues. They have notoriously avoided emails/comments/support request about android issues.

 

The update seems to have fixed them, at least on my device.

 

Fixed on mine. Don't like that it took a year. Hopefully the next year's android updates don't break it for another year.
