    I am using a cheap circuit tester from Wal-mart. Red led = + polarity,green led = - polarity.

    My results: with switch in "off" position- ground- nothing, power-red, switch power-nothing.
    switch in "on" position- ground -nothing, power-red, switch power-red.
    Does this mean the switch isn't grounded? Should the led be green if the ground is good? If so, how can I ground it?:confused:
    I am a true novice with electricity, and don't want to fry my electrical system.
