Switched my coils around and getting same code??

Was getting a P0351 code...misfire primary circuit, so I swapped the coils, moving #1 to #3. Today I got the same code on a lengthy cranking startup?

What next? Maybe replace my plug wires? Although they are only about 2yrs old? They do look fine.

When I swapped the coils around I did check the gap on the #1 plug and it was fine too.

    Any suggestions
