    $750 for the touch screen.

I had 3.. but not installed at the same time. Held one for a friend, uninstalled the 6 switch one ($350), installed the touch screen one. It has 8 switches, battery volt meter, auto kill if lights are left on and battery voltage drops too low.

The 8 circuit fuse and relay panel I made cost me about ~$250 all in. The main reason I went DIY was because I wanted my switches in a specific spot and little more customization over a switchpro.(plus they are really expensive)

I ordered all my custom label switches through CH-4X4.

Then I used a Hella Micro Relay box
    a mini fuse box
    and finally a Blue-sea 7048 Circuit breaker.

    Thanks man!
I’m really torn between building my own vs buying one for basically the same reasons as you. Except I don’t have your crafty brain which pushes me to just buy one lol. If I make my own I’d hope to at least make it somewhat weather proof or stick it in some type of weather sealed box.

So my biggest question with all those pre-built setups like the eBay Bussmann, are what do you do with all the extra wiring? It’s good for 6 switches I think?

So let’s say for example you only have 2 things to hook up. You still have 4 extra sets of wires that you can’t hook up yet, so what do you do with them?

See that’s the main reason Im leaning towards building my own.. it seems like a much simpler solution. You just need the know-how which is the hardest part lol.
