They aren't interchangeable but they are both an 8 inch ring gear, even tho the non e locker is called an 8.4

Ah gotcha, assuming he's actually planning to use it and not just for a core?

If you got 1k ish to put down you can get a new one off ECGS and then get 400$ back when you send in the old one.

Most used i see sell for 500-600$ anyways

Yeah I looked up ECGS's price and it looked like $685 not counting core. Don't really have that kinda cash at the moment. Keeping at eye out for people locally parting trucks out but that's rare

Most used i see go for 500-600$ rare to find one for cheap. Shit the actuator goes for like 100-200$ used.

If I didn’t already make a deal with @Tour991 i would of sold you it for cheap though.

If you want to sell it go for it. I am not going to have much time till April to do anything. I'll still have an axle here to sell you or trade for your front bumper.

Yeah I have a POS car I should daily, but same, I like the Tacoma. I've driven older toyotas with spooled rears though and it would bug me in town

hahaha these trucks are fun to drive, even if they are slow and full of squeaks and rattles.

I see e lockers (locker only) going for $350ish on CL around here, if you like the e locker paying someone to swap the locker carrier out shouldn't be too costly...good reason to regear if you've been considering it :p
