Just wanted to write a quick positive review on @marinemonkey work. He did Cab Mount Chop on my Tacoma, and it came out factory looking. His chop gives you more room than a typical plate you can buy online.
Here are some pictures before and after. It was then painted black to blend in with the frame

 

Saw a slick white 4runner with T.O.R.X fabrication on the windshield. Made me immediately think of this post.

Opt off road relocation kit

This kit is awesome and highly recommended for those that want a cheaper universal shock, bilsteins on this truck were $200 for the pair, and have 10” of travel.

also because I was anal on how it all looked, the inner fender and frame were cleaned and primer and painted.

 

As awesome as I think my CMC is there is still a possibility of rubbing with 35s. If you have plans for 35s and you definitely don’t want to rub on the cab mount I highly recommend a cab mount relocation from DRT Fabrication. I have everything needed to do this as I have them in stock. Let me know if you are interested.
