I have a new 21 Tacoma. I’ve researched cats, intakes, exaust, and chips. I think you can find a shop to tune it. But, I think you can improve your new truck by adding a well designed true dual exhaust first.

 

There are dual exhaust kits available but from my research couple years ago, our 3.5 V6's prefer some back pressure so most dual exhausts kits actually cause you to lose power.

I have the Borla S-Type cat-back on my truck. Not sure it did anything for performance but it sounds great, no drone at all.

I did it for the sound.

The KDMax 6.0 tune, now that was done for the performance/drive-ability.

Exhaust will render you like 10hp if that and u will lose low end power . Supercharger or turbo option with tune if you are looking for more hp .
