Glad you're happy with your truck. Hopefully you won't have to find some idiot peering in through the windows taking pictures.

None yet, need to finish the HEEP first
Just be happy Toyota is not making a chrome edition like Chevy did with their Silverado.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
To a certain extent on newer cars, but you can't tell me that this 54 Coupe DeVille's chrome job looks cheap, or any old classic car for that matter.

Personally, the chrome mirrors and doorhandles don't bother me on the Tacoma. The mirrors of my Dad's old 03 Silverado were chromed on the outside, but that didn't hinder the truck's ability to do it's job.

I like the look. That's why I bought a 2012. But that's me, I grew up liking chrome.

Only two kinds of people carry guns in California... those who are legally allowed to and will go the extra mile to avoid a physical confrontation... and those who are not legally allowed to and will kill you for looking at them wrong or wearing the wrong color shirt.

When I saw one in person I didn't hate it as much as I thought it would. It's fairly low key. At first I wondered why someone would pay extra to make their Sport look like an SR5, but I suppose that not everyone who wants the features of the sports wants their truck to look look like a Sport.

    +1

If Toyota continues this way on the 'Runner, Sequoia, and Tundra, I'm going to buy stock in the company that makes Plasti-Derp.

    limited? ha what a joke.

Canada has had leather since 07-09. the chrome is a bit of overkill. Sr5 will always be where its at.... and now its nearly a base model trim name! weird.

the trim name limited doesn't belong on tacomas imo

the only difference between the Limited and TRD sport is the hood scoop, which does nothing, the TRD stickers on the side, which personally I don't like anyway and the TRD has the Bilstein shocks. Other than that they are still great trucks.

Besides, this is why we are on this site, We love Tacoma's.

imo i wouldnt own any truck that said limited on it. i hate limitations. haha. makes it sound like you own a truck that cant do everything you wished it could, go anywhere you want to go, because its "LIMITED" to what it can do. boom!

No need to bash the limited because of the chrome. It's still a nice Tacoma with different options to adhere to marketing tastes. Some members on here will disagree with the chrome, I am no fan by any means of chrome but I'd rock that truck.

i like the truck too. i used to hate chrome. now i dont really mind either way. it just the word "limited". i never understood why any auto maker would put that label on the automobiles. it should be called "unlimited". like the Jeep. especially if its going to be 5 grand more.

 Limited is just a marketing gimmick. It's what Toyota uses to classify their 'top of the line' models. They used it in the first gen Tacos and got rid of it (in the US anyway) in 2005. I'm surprised they took it off the market that long though, they missed out on a lot of hard earned 'Merican dollars.

whats the advantages besides chrome and leather? if they add all the cool stuff from the factory then what would we have to do in our spare time? i think of my truck as a hobby. making it the way i want it inside and out. not what the market thinks it should look like. all im sayin is i dont want to see a truck everyday that looks like mine. like a chevy or something. haha, know what i mean?

10-4. I know exactly what you mean. This website is probably less than 10% of the Tacoma market though. Hard to find a clone of your taco on here though since there are an abundance of vendors.
