I'll just throw one in the box with the headlights and headlight parts. Do you want any of the bulbs out of the headlights? You can have them or leave them in so that the housings stay sealed. Thats up to you.

I'm considering LEDs

Already swapped my marker lights for LEDs. Need four turn signals, the led relay, three brake light 194s, two tag light 194s, and i'm all converted. Already did the backup lights

Same, my ballasts went out on my HIDs. Don't want to have to deal with that again

LED headlights have come a long way in the last year. And they all have warranties so i may just try them

I have LED bulbs going in when the rain stops.

I've already seen their output and am not surprised at the scatter and general lack of performance over halogen.

Low performing LEDs are too, when they don't do anything for the $100+ price tag than a $25 set of halogens that last 3x longer.

 

Scatter sucks, even with integrated glare guards on the LEDs. Throws too much light too high, similar to how high beams illuminate trees above the road, except they do it on low beam - blinding incoming traffic and output is going somewhere not needed. Not wasting it per se, but also not utilizing it efficiently either.

 

The idea here is, have phoenix fix my fubar BHLM lights. Put brighter/better bulbs in them.

Then, while i buy retrofit parts and he builds thats shit, i'll run the BHLM lights and sell my stock ones or sacrifice them to phoenix for parts
