    no mine still chirps like a bastard... could be the kind of grease I used though but the contacts on the motor were worn in a decent amount

    I had it full of water when my windshield cowl panel failed (btw there is a tsb for that and my dealer refused to pay for the part or do the replacement for free) and i just put spark plug wire grease on it(di electric grease). It helped for a few weeks but came back. The new ones have some sort of sealed bearing and do not chirp at all.

    Just a few LEDs...

    Dude, the bearings need to be oiled not greased. There is felt packing around the bearing that will hold the oil. The oil then travels through pores in the bearing. Unfortunately sometimes these pores get clogged up. Also if you can rock the bearing when it is on the shaft, its probably just worn out.

    I was just following the write up on it, but my buddy said the same thing. I don't know maybe I'll rip it apart again, but such a pain in the nuts

    No, someone tried to tell me it wasn't the same in a different thread when someone was asking about tire fitment with stock wheels or moving up to 18s. But I knew it was the same size because I did the math.

    Um. don't you mean 265/70/17? Middle number should only change by 5 when changing the wheel diameter by 1".

    There was a tsb for that? Ask Kolt, he bent his tailgate but I think he ended up having to pay for a new one. Also look on CL

    Yeah for 05-08 After 08 they got fixed. Looking for OEM replacements now. Know any good websites for OEM body parts?
    Ermm.. I kiiinda wanna sell them all in one package with the lift kit but we'll see.
