As far as using it as a career, yes.
I do have the ability to get a masters of I choose to invest the time, but I'm thinking of investing that time into a second bachelors.

I love designing and building stuff but I can't do engineering, way too much math, I hate algebra.

If it's useless for a career then it's more useless without a career, no?

It's better than no degree. But it's an awful lot of effort to waste on something practically useless in every way.

 

Business is a great secondary degree (or primary) and will always be an asset.

There are about 100 things to do before psychology or sociology.

 

Depends, I'm a people watcher, I sit back and analyze people body language, how they talk, etceterra and I would enjoy knowing more about that type of stuff simply because I'm curious.

 

If I could get a bachelors in woodworking I would simply because I enjoy it so much.

 

not sure if you will get that out of an undergrad degree. I had a couple friends that did sociology and all they really did was drink and memorize definitions. mainly just drink haha

 

Just come work for a cabinet shop lol.

 

I'd consider it a hobby degree and not a professional one. So it's a good fit for that at least in one regard.

 

I would but that doesn't get me a degree, one of my goals is to have at least a bachelors and associates, preferably 2 bachelors and my associates in wedding.

I think it might work with a business major, but it might be too broad of a degree of I ever go for a white collar job.

I'm just saying a for a trade why get a degree. I'm gonna higher the guy who's been working at a cabinet shop or wood shop for two years over someone who has a degree...

And you don't need a degree to get started in a trade. You learn in it

 

@95 taco if you want to open a small business later on then I'd do a business minor with a criminal justice major or an engineering major.
