Finished welding up the main hoop last night. I also bent the 2 bars that will go from the main hoop to outside the fenders but haven't fitted them.

After being gone for the last few weeks I made a bit more progress on the bumper tonight

Finished the other hoop, pulled it off and finished welding it up right before the rain started :(

I am hoping to sell this jeep and buy a 1985 4runner from my buddy. It has zero rust, is on 35s with ARBs front and rear and a full cage. The 1UZ would fit real nice

Ran Slaughterhouse Gulch and Red Cone yesterday, it was an awesome day out. I need to move the front fender support and clearance the pinch weld a bit more because I'm still getting some rubbing.

According to Amazon it doesn't fit my truck either, but you should have the mounting holes on the fenders. If you don't have the low washer fluid indicator light then the motor should be plug and play as well.

Edit: it might not fit if you have factory cruise since the module is placed there IIRC.

You'll love it. Completely transformed the performance of my truck. 2nd time I've had one installed in a wheeler.
    Would do again.

My current YJ and the CJ7 I have in storage both have a Detroit in the rear and I really do love the traction they provide. I picked this one up for $375 from a local fabricator and will be throwing it with some new gears this winter hopefully :fingerscrossed:

I was thinking I would maybe go with 5.29s so I can run 35s and maybe 37s down the road.

After replacing both front CV seals and putting a 100 miles on the truck to make sure they didn't immediately leak I took the truck out this weekend. Bumper held up well when I needed to winch out, looks like I have an opportunity to practice my body work a little bit too :bananadead:

I really need to get the rear locked and figure out how to get more downtravel out of my leaves as well.
