You know, I don't often need general guidance on insurance and insurance related matters. BUT WHEN I DO, I ALWAYS come here. Why? Because I know that the BRAIN TRUST of well-informed insurance specialists on this site know the insurance laws and current case law in their state, in my state (and seemingly, in all other states too), that they are always careful to remind me that they are not a law firm or insurance specialist and any general guidance THEY MIGHT PROVIDE is only anecdotal, given in jest, and not intended to be and should not be considered legal or insurance advice. I know that anyone who posts on here is always quick to recommend that I consult with my own counsel about specific legal and insurance claim settlement issues to ensure they I am receiving direct legal advice that is informed by the law and all facts and surrounding circumstances of the inquiry.

THAT'S why I come here: the insurance advice. Fuckabuncha' shitabouta' Taco...it's the insurance knowledge I gain!

I think you need a new truck. Even if the frame was spared, that cab is toast. Hope insurance doesnt screw you. Good luck!

Are there any better pictures of the damage? Kinda hard to tell from what was posted.
