This is my 98 4cyl exactly as I bought it 5 years ago this Friday, it still looks and drives exactly the same as that day but 25k miles older (168,599 just getting broken in). I am not really a mechanically inclined kinda guy but it's about time to upgrade it. My goals are simple, better bumpers (possibly allpro), 2.5-3" lift, winch and snorkel. Looking for advice as to which (if any) order I make these upgrades matters. I am not in any kind of hurry to do these, just starting my planning now so will take any advice really. It is my DD and won't be hardcore wheeled at least in the near future. I just want to make my baby live up to her namesake and make her hometown proud.

Welcome! If it was me I would start by narrowing down the bumper(s) and winch you want so you know how much weight you'll be adding, then start looking at lift options - you want to get it right the first time so accounting for ALL of the upgrades will be important when doing any lift. Our 1st gen section has tons of info on lifts and stuff - what ever is out there someone has it on their truck already, might as well learn from their mistakes/successes. And when it comes time to make the leap and buy stuff you can score some deals in the group buy section.
