Buying the Natika or similar is probably the best thing. There's so many variables with installation that if I was a vendor I wouldn't want to mess with the camera.

I just finished mounting this camera today and running the wiring through the firewall. I have a 2019 Pro and installed the Natika camera below the “A” on the drivers side to avoid the TSS garnish. I hope to finish the install tomorrow and report on the camera quality and post some pics.

There's like a ~8 foot run from the cam to the breakout cable, which makes it a little awkward on where to place it. Probably best would be to have the cam side of the breakout in the engine bay and leave any slack close to the grill and if you needed to remove the cam you wouldn't have to pull it out of the firewall. Still, wish there was a connector right by the cam.

Yeah the connection should be closer I agree, but you have plenty of room to play with the wires. I might take this and modify the wiring then start selling it packaged....

I completed the other half of the install today by fishing the wires up to the head unit area with a coat hanger, plugging everything in and crimping on the hot/ground wire connectors from the camera. The controller truly is plug and play and a highly recommend mod. I like how you can elect to keep the front or rear camera on at all times instead of having it turn off automatically after 30 seconds. The Nikita camera image is great and the unit works flawlessly. Here are some pics...

I tested everything before reinstalling the head unit. I still need to install a shim under the front camera so it just catches the edge of my front bumper. Install 99% complete!
