Phew this is hard to watch. Glad I got out and refunded before any of the first ones even shipped.

Yeah I don't know how much longer I'll wait. I just really really want a different knob and really like this design... Please @FreshMexicanTaco , you're our only hope!

This is crazy I received mine over a month ago and love it but I also didn’t change anything or try to add a button to it. I’d go with what 44-16 did and call them until I got my shifter or my $. Their website has had stuff out of stock for a long time now so I’m betting this is another supply chain issue.

I was one of the first people ordered, didn't change anything in the process.

And you didn’t get one yet? That is just down right criminal wonder why I got mine so fast then.

Unless you still want the knob I would have filed a dispute with Visa, Disc, Amex etc at this point.

Oh I have gotten one. It was just the wrong size hole since I have a manual. He assured those of us with manuals that we could order and get one all the same. I sent it back and haven't heard anything since.

With most card companies you can start the dispute and if it gets resolved you can cancel the dispute…may e at least doing that would trigger some sort professional courtesy of a reply

Replying only after your payment processors forced you to address the issue would not be courteous or professional. I would really fall under the too little too late category.
