    Yes it does. You still need at least one ball mount but the x grip the arms and other stuff all work.

    I did my install but ran into 2 snags. First is I drilled all my holes but I think I’m missing a backing piece. Second is I was tightening my last bolt (far left) and the center hex stripped and I couldn’t advance or loosen the nut, any recommendations? As it’s halfway tightened it will rattle so I added some rubber cement to prevent that.
