Taco Garage experience (TLDR; great.)

Felt worthwhile to take the 5 mins to post.

Order the DMM kit and some ditch lights + mounts from the folks at Taco Garage. Great Turkey day deals. Box came today and it looked like UPS ran over it with the truck. Whole top corner of box was ripped of & taped. Turns out some of the mounting parts & a lighting harness fell out.

Spoke to Andy at TG, he patiently listened as I ranted about the box. Said he would make it right & I got a shipping confirmation an hour later.

Will update to install, but build quality looks great.

 

Also just had a great experience with them replacing a part no questions asked, response in moments with a tracking number.

 

I am a huge fan of theirs. Always great experiences.

 

They did right by me when I received a malfunctioning product. Honestly the only complaint I could possibly have had is they were a bit slow at responding to emails and texts, but I attributed that to the fact that we were in the height of the pandemic. They are a great company in my opinion.

 

Yep. Them dealing with the shipping issue was great.
