TACO GARAGE - NEW A1 Machined billet aluminum Push to Start Buttons, now with blackout ring.

Sad. It’s my favorite one.

 

Got mine installed today was pretty easy when I figured out how to not bend the hook on the little removal tool. One less piece of cheap plastic in the truck is a A+.

 

Any pointers on how maneuver the hook etc? How did you painted the the lettering? Looks really good!

 

Thank you sir. I just had to keep re-bending the hook to get it to bite and then the button just popped off. That was after the MESO ring popped off first. As far as painting the engraving, I just sprayed a coat over the face of the button and then used a rag with acetone to wipe off the face and leave the paint in the lettering. Worked out pretty good and was super easy.

@FreshMexicanTaco - when are you getting the A6 Billet Aluminum Push to Start Button? Ive been waiting for months now. Is it possible to special order one?

 

As soon as we can, from the one we've made so far that's probably my favorite. I don't have an ETA unfortunately
