TACO GARAGE - TRD Pro grilles (and garnishes)

For sure, I'd pony up another $100 for a OEM-aftermarket lookalike with better quality. Tbh, that's what I thought I was buying from TG, and it's pretty good imo, better than most and a lot I've seen on here with sensor issues that this one doesn't have. So all in all I'm happy, just wished the aftermarket didnt have so many cosmetic flaws


Edit, to be fair on the one I have, you can only see minor defects up close. Further than 3 feet and they're invisible, but I still know they're there

I got mine for 272 I think. Just google it and check out different dealers. Most don’t require a VIN like many have mentioned. I didn’t have to add a VIN.

 

Looks a hell of a lot better than the one I received from this vendor. If I knew beforehand it was going to look that bad I would’ve probably just kept my stock grille and not spent a penny.

 

I'd prolly end up paying that if the OEM version blended into the grille better. As it stands, I don't particularly care for either option. And while the OEM does look a little better, I don't feel the urge to spend the dough on it.

 

Hello! New to the forums here. I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere. Out of curiosity, does anyone have experience using this bracket with the factory front camera? I am trying to find a solution for my 2021.

I don't know if that will work but there is another member who makes one specifically for the factory camera. Lemme see if I can find the thread for ya

Any grill that says “TRD” instead of toyota ?

 

We don’t have one but I think we could print the letters and have them screw on to the same holes.

 

I purchased the Pro grill and raptor lights from Taco garage. In general the install went well. However, the fuse buddy came with two 5amp fuses. I don't see any 5amp fuses in the fuse box. I was going to plug it into the "H-LP LH-LO" 10amp location, but it seems the supplied fuses aren't correct for that. What's the solution? and why did they only send 5amp fuses.

Something like this but the TRD where the Toyota is. I’m really surprised no one has done it. I know people ran into trademark issues making custom 2nd gen parts that said TRD but since the 3rd gen and everyone and their mom knowing about alibaba haven’t heard anything. If you have plans for something like this in the future lmk!

Did the prices get raised on these? The prices on the first page don’t match up with the website.

 

Prices listed are either for pickup which is obviously cheaper or prices after you enter the TW code which will drop the price to what is listed here.

HOWEVER, right now prices are even lower, enter code THKGVG and you will get 20% off for thanksgiving.

 

If I enter “TW10” the price gets lowered to 144 not 134 like it says on the first page.

If I enter code “THKGVG” the price gets lowered to 128.

It just didn’t make sense that the price with 10 percent TW discount was supposed to be 134 and with a 20 percent discount it only dropped to 128.
